<p class="Paragraph">If you try to open a query design where the underlying tables or fields no longer exist, a dialog will appear, naming the missing table or the field which cannot be interpreted. This dialog also offers you the possibility to decide how to continue with the procedure.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">There are 3 options available for answering this question.</p>
<p class="Head3"><help:help-id value="OFFMGR_RADIOBUTTON_DLG_QUERY_MISSING_TABLE_RB_OPEN_GRAPHIC" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/>Do you really want to open the query in the graphic view?</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">This option allows you to open the query in the <text:s text:c="" xmlns:text="http://openoffice.org/2000/text"/><help:link Id="66162">Design View</help:link> in spite of missing elements.</help:help-text>This option also allows you to specify if other errors have to be ignored.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">The query is opened in Design View (the graphical interface). Missing tables appear blank and invalid fields appear with their (invalid) names in the list of fields. This lets you work with exactly those spots that caused the error. For example, insert the renamed tables with their new names.</p>
<p class="Head3"><help:help-id value="OFFMGR_RADIOBUTTON_DLG_QUERY_MISSING_TABLE_RB_OPEN_SQL" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/>Open the query in the SQL View</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Select this option to open the query design in the <help:link Id="66162" Eid="sql">SQL Mode</help:link> and to interpret the query as a <help:link Id="65944">Native SQL</help:link>.</help:help-text> Only when the <help:productname xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">%PRODUCTNAME</help:productname> statement is completely interpreted (only possible if the used tables or fields in the query really exist) you will be able to quit the native SQL mode.</p>
<p class="Head3"><help:help-id value="OFFMGR_RADIOBUTTON_DLG_QUERY_MISSING_TABLE_RB_DONT_OPEN" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/>Do not open the query</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Select this option if you want to cancel the procedure and the query should not be opened.</help:help-text> This option corresponds to the funtion of the <text:s text:c="" xmlns:text="http://openoffice.org/2000/text"/><span class="T1">Cancel</span> dialog button.</p>
<p class="Head3"><help:help-id value="OFFMGR_CHECKBOX_DLG_QUERY_MISSING_TABLE_CB_IGNORE_OTHER" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/>Also ignore similar errors</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">If you selected the first option, but you still want to open the query in the graphics view, in spite of missing elements, you can define here if other errors should be ignored.</help:help-text> Therefore, in the current opening process, no error message will be displayed, if the Query can not be correctly interpreted.</p>
